OVERVIEW
The Voiers Carriage House is a new construction project that combines watercraft storage, sports equipment storage, workshop space, and a private apartment into a single cohesive structure. Designed to support an active lakeside lifestyle, the building balances practical utility with comfortable living, creating a flexible environment for recreation, hobbies, entertaining, and overnight accommodations. Blue Cat Studios provided schematic design, space planning, exterior design development, and architectural visualization services to establish the building's architectural character, functional organization, and long-term adaptability.
