OVERVIEW
The Freshman Academy serves as the foundation of Columbus City Schools' academy model, providing incoming ninth-grade students with a dedicated environment focused on academic success, leadership, and exploration before selecting a career pathway. Blue Cat Studios developed, hand-painted, and installed custom environmental graphics that establish a clear identity for the program, transforming transitional corridors into welcoming, recognizable spaces that reinforce school pride and create a strong first impression for new students.
